At the conclusion of the event, Please fill in REGATTA/EVENT ACTUAL EXPENSES AND FUNDING REPORT to The Belvedere Cove Foundation. This is mandatory and failure to comply may result in no additional funding for future events from The Belvedere Cove Foundation. We would also like a written copy of the regatta results.

It would be appreciated if you could send with your Post Regatta/Event Report any photographs taken of you while sailing. Photographs shot while sailing in the regatta or event funded by this grant would be particularly valuable. By sending these pictures, you are giving permission to use the photos for publicity purposes. If you send photographs through the mail we will scan them and return them as soon as possible. If your photos are digital, email them to julian.barnett@belvederecove.org.
